All-Foam is capable of producing
toolbox foam drawer liners in three different ways:
The most popular, and cost effective,
method for our customers is to purchase full sheets and then cut them
down to the exact drawer sizes themselves. Sheet sizes are either
48-inches or 60-inches wide by 108-inches long. Densities and
thicknesses will vary based upon our customer's needs (see below).
The second method if to have All-Foam
cut out the exact drawer sizes when measurements are furnished to us.
The third, and most costly, method is
to have the customer provide us with either CAD drawings or the actual
hand tools and we will shadow our the exact tool sizes from the foam.
Toolbox foam is available in 2-lb. and
6-lb. densities, with thicknesses ranging from 1/4-inches to 3-inches for
2-lb. foam and from 1/4-inches to 2-inches for 6-lb. foam. Our 6-lb. foam is a premium formulation
and is longer lasting.

6-lb. density polyethylene
foam is available in red, black, yellow and blue. It is sold by
individual colored sheets or any two contrasting colored sheets, heat-laminated
together.
